I've seen this before since a friend of mines showed me and I do think they are clues because the commercial starts off with the purpose of the commecial which is to spread happiness to people and it's like this is it how it starts off with describing the purpose of the film and michael's purpose as well. Also they use sunflowers and michael loves sunflowers. Also the coke machine gives presents to the college kids and it made them happy just like michael gave presents to the sick kids in hospitals and it made them happy. Also there was magic used and michael loves magic as well as balloon animals and there was a balloon animal. The whole theme for the commecial was to spread happiness and joy and that's exactly what michael does.
