So surely if Michael is still paying all of the money that he has to, which everyone else does when we are alive...Does it really matter if the world think he is 'dead'? Also if the police and government know about it, he won't be in trouble right? Sorry to ask , i don't really know much about this kinda thing

Why did Michael Jackson hoax is death in 2009, and not 2008? When Bush was about to retire, and a new president to take over.
